Resale Shop

The Family Place Resale Shop serves a vital role for our clients, who often give up everything to flee for safety. Clients are provided with vouchers to purchase what they need at our Resale Shop so that they can start new lives free from violence.

If you’re finding your closets a little too full, or have furniture, accessories or collectibles in good repair, contact Resale Shop Manager Carla Ochs at 214-358-0381 to arrange for us to pick up your tax-deductible donations.

We have an urgent need at this time for full and queen sheet sets or “beds in a bag.”

Volunteers are needed in the Resale Shop to sort incoming donations, assist The Family Place clients with selection of clothing, personal items or household goods, prepare items for sale and serve as retail clerks. See Volunteer for more information.

Shop at the Resale Shop to save up to 80% off high-end resale clothing and household items. All proceeds benefit The Family Place programs. You’ll find ladies, men’s and children’s clothing plus furniture, collectibles, books, decorative items and more.

Open Monday – Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Sunday 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.
