The Family Place presents the first Men 2 M.A.P.S. (Mentor, Advocate, Prevent and Secure) event, proactively involving men to end family violence. The event is sponsored by Methodist Charlton Medical Center and will take place on Saturday, October 13, 2012 from 9am-12pm at the Methodist Charlton Medical Center Auditorium. There will be a follow up dialogue in February 2013.

This year’s panel will address each attribute of M.A.P.S. and is comprised of the following:

Prevention: Guy Earle, LPC -Director of Counseling, Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship

Secure: Dr. Michael D. Sneed -Pastor, Loving Fellowship Baptist Church
